RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga sessions heal the body and bring it back into balance.

Intended to be healing and nourishing to counteract the effects of our hectic lives, restorative yoga offers gentle postures and the use of props  to release tension in the body and mind. Feel rejuvenated and invigorated while remaining silent in different postures that are designed to move our energy system towards optimal health.

The antidote to stress is relaxation; we use the invaluable tool of conscious breathing to eliminate areas of tension and release unwanted discomfort or pain and its grip on the body.

When finished, you can feel a sense of release by calming the nervous system, releasing physical tension and soothing the mind.
