STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY

Dynamic series coordinating breathing and movement (vinyāsa).

These classes will allow you to develop strength, flexibility and attention. Intense in vinyāsa and āsanas. All classifications of postures are introduced: forward bends, backbends, side bends, twists, extensions, inversions and balances.  We also perform final prāṇāyāma, mudras and mantras.
