My Practice

  • 1997: Practiced Iyengar style
  • 1998-2005:  Practiced Aṣtaṇga style
  • 2006-present:  I practice and teach Yoga, following the Lineage of Krishnamacharya – I incorporate Prāṇāyama, Mantras, Vedic Chanting into my personal practice

  • 2015: Participated in Barbara Brian’s Teacher Training in Australia – Melbourne (agamayogacentre.com.au) teaching Classical Vinyāsas for the assembly of common Āsanas – How they are verbally  guided – Their perfect execution & possible modifications and counter postures.  “Stick figures”:  learning  the Vinyāsa drawing techninque
  • 2016-present: Teaching Postgraduate Course in Yoga and Pregnancy following lineage of Krishnamacharya
  • 2022 : Participated in the Yoga Teacher Training given by Barbara Brian in Australia
  • 2022: Joined Agama Yoga Centre teaching Postgraduate workshops. Joined Śri Yoga in Melbourne (www.sriyoganmeditation.com.au) teaching restorative group classes
